Wrong size or color selection, change of mind, shipping delays.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive quality products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: admin@somewhereholy.com

You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect. After review, we may offer a replacement item at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been handed to the carrier. Lost or misdelivered packages may be eligible for a claim with the shipping carrier but we cannot provide a refund.
