Lost or Stolen Packages
Somewhere Holy Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
